Refund Policy

This refund policy forms part of the Angel VPN Agreement and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other supplementary terms. This refund policy is only applicable to subscriptions purchased through www.angelvpn.com. If you purchase your subscription through the Crypto Coins, Apple App Store or Google Play Store (“in-app purchase”), you will not be eligible for refunds. For the avoidance of doubt, all in-app purchases are non-refundable and governed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store’s respective legal agreements.

30-day Money Back Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our Service, you can cancel your subscription and request a full refund anytime within the first 30 days from the date of your initial subscription (“Money Back Guarantee”). Please note that you can only claim the Money Back Guarantee once, and any changes to your subscription plan during the first 30-day period, such as a plan upgrade, will constitute a waiver of the Money Back Guarantee by you. To exercise the Money Back Guarantee, please send an email to [email protected] from the same email address you provided during your account registration and provide the reason for initiating the refund request. You understand and agree that we may attempt to resolve the issue you experienced with our Service prior to processing your refund..

Note For Auto-Recurring Customers: You have the option to adjust or terminate your auto-renewal before the subscription renewal date by contacting our customer service at [email protected] However, please note that refunds will not be available after the initial 30-day period.

The Money Back Guarantee is not available for any in-app purchases.

Other Refund Requests

Any refund requests made after the Money Back Guarantee period will be issued by us at our sole discretion. Please note that we will request you to provide evidence that the Service was either unavailable or unusable during the period for which you are requesting a refund, along with evidence that despite your repeated support requests, the issue remained unresolved.

Provided we receive satisfactory evidence of your claim, we may, at our sole discretion, issue you a pro-rata refund for the period of the subscription term when the Service was unavailable or unusable. Such requests should be sent to our support team at [email protected], along with all relevant evidence to support your claim.

Please note that non-use of the Service alone is not a valid ground for a refund.

Refund Processing Time

Please note that once your refund request has been approved, we will process your refund within ten days from the date of approval. All refunds are issued in USD, and due to fluctuations in foreign exchange and charges linked to the payment processing, the refund amount you receive may be different from the amount that you originally paid. You understand and accept that it may take up to 30 days from the date we processed your refund for the payment to appear in your account.

You will lose the use of any refunded Services immediately after your refund is processed.

Non-refundable purchases

4.1. This refund policy does not apply to any special accounts issued by the Company;

4.2. Unless required by law or other applicable provisions of this Agreement, if you cancel an automatically-renewed subscription, we will not be liable to refund you for any unused portion of your subscription term;

4.3. Any user accounts that are terminated by the Company for breach of the Agreement will not be eligible for any refunds

4.4. Customers who have used the free trial prior to purchasing on our website are no longer entitled to a money-back guarantee.

4.5. This refund policy does not apply to payments made using cryptocurrency.
